Double focus
When an organisation is defining or adapting its business strategy there are two main questions.
"Will the current Information Systems be able to support the organisation?" This means that we will analyse the strategy, audit the systems, investigate the alignment of business with IT and debug systems where required.
The second question is about "How knowledge is shared throughout the organisation." Is this process efficient? What are the used methods? And how can we (re)use Information Systems for a better knowledge spread towards co-workers.
